Amazon Top Class
Organic ranking for Amazon brands

Page one.

Or invisible. Most Amazon purchases happen on the first screen of results. We move products onto it using the levers Amazon sells, and none of the ones it bans. It is slower than the shortcut, and it is still there a year later.

The method

One sentence, and every word in it is a decision.

Every firm in this category opens with the same four words. Ours keep going, and each clause that follows is something we can be held to.

01 Every agency in this category says

We rank your product.

Four words. Nobody disagrees with them, and nobody can be held to them.

02 Which has to mean

We rank your product on the two or three terms you could actually defend.

Twenty terms is not ambition. It is the same budget thinned until none of it moves anything. We narrow to the terms your listing can win and hold, and we say which ones those are before any money is spent.

03 Using what

We rank your product on the two or three terms you could actually defend, with demand Amazon itself sells you, never a panel of refunded shoppers.

Top-of-search placements, Vine, coupons, Brand Referral Bonus traffic, Subscribe & Save. Every one of them is an Amazon product with a price list, and every unit is a real purchase at the price on the page.

04 And the part nobody advertises

We rank your product on the two or three terms you could actually defend, with demand Amazon itself sells you, never a panel of refunded shoppers, and we agree the floor you have to hold before a dollar is committed.

A position you cannot sustain at its new volume hands itself back, and you buy the launch twice. The hold is the product. The launch is only the part that photographs well.

Services

Four engagements, each with an end.

Every engagement has a defined output, a defined finish, and a written handover you keep whether or not you continue. Nothing is billed for presence.

01

Rank audit

Where the account actually stands. Indexing gaps, the terms worth contesting, the terms already lost, and the honest cost of each. Delivered as a document, not a call.

Length
10 working days
Output
Written report
Needs
Seller Central read access
02

Launch

A new listing taken from indexing to a defended position on a named term set, with the maintenance floor agreed before anything is committed.

Length
30 days, plus the hold
Output
Position on the term set, a listing rebuilt to convert, a handover
Needs
Stock for the campaign volume plus 60 days
03

Recovery

For a listing that held a position and lost it. Diagnosis first: stockout, review slide, price move, or a competitor's real gain. The repair is different for each, and guessing is expensive.

Length
7 days diagnosis, then 14 to 21 days repair
Output
The cause named, then the repair matched to it
Needs
Rank history, or we rebuild it
04

Standing counsel

Monthly. We watch the positions that matter, flag drift early, and stay available to your team. For brands past the launch phase that need continuity rather than a project.

Length
Monthly, 30 days' notice either way
Output
A monthly written position review
Needs
A prior audit or launch, so there is a baseline
Pricing

Each engagement is quoted after the free read, against your category and your terms. We do not publish a rate card, because a position in a locked category and a position in an open one are not the same product. Media is billed at cost and shown line by line.

Process

How a launch runs, day by day.

The order is not negotiable. Velocity bought before a listing converts is velocity spent teaching Amazon that shoppers who search that term do not want this product.

Days 1 to 4

Relevance

Title, attributes and backend terms so the listing is indexed for the terms we intend to contest. A term you are not indexed for cannot be ranked at any budget. The target set is narrowed to three or four.

Days 4 to 18

Velocity

Top-of-search share during the indexing window, Vine units for the first reviews, coupons and Prime Exclusive Discounts, and external traffic that qualifies for the Brand Referral Bonus. Real demand, real buyers, transactions that survive an audit.

Throughout

Conversion

Main image, price ladder and the first three attributes decide whether the velocity compounds or evaporates. This is the cheapest work on the list and the most often skipped.

Day 18 onward

Hold

Velocity tapers to the maintenance floor agreed at the start. A position is recorded, not won, and the recording is what you are paying for.

What we will not sell you

The fast way is named in the rulebook.

The quickest method in this category is a rebated purchase. A private panel searches your keyword, scrolls until it finds your listing, buys at full price, and is refunded off the platform. Velocity rises and rank follows. It works, and it is written into Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct as a prohibited activity, without a carve-out for whether the shoppers are real.

"Activities that could be perceived as attempting to influence search results by inflating search ranking through keyword manipulation or incentivizing customers' searches to appear as organic behavior." Amazon, Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct

Amazon's separate clarification on rebates names two-step URLs, super URLs, funnels, treasure hunts and search-find-buy directly, adds that a service "by any name" intended to boost rank artificially is a violation, and states that a seller is responsible for actions taken through third-party providers. When a provider's method is discovered, the provider keeps its business. You lose the selling account. That asymmetry is why this list exists.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

We turn work away when the product is the problem, because no amount of velocity holds a position the product cannot keep.

A good fit

  • A product that already converts, or a listing we can rebuild so it does.
  • Stock to hold a new sales volume for at least sixty days after launch.
  • A category worth defending, with terms that a smaller brand can realistically win.
  • A team that would rather read "your category is locked" in a document than discover it after a quarter of spend.

Not a fit

  • A product with a return rate above its category norm, or a review average below four. It will not hold a position that velocity buys it.
  • A one-off flip with no intention of holding the position.
  • Anyone who wants the rebate method with a different name on it.
  • A second brand in a category we already serve.

One brand per category per marketplace. We will tell you if yours is taken.

Questions

Asked first, usually.

How long until we see movement?

It depends on the term's competitiveness and your listing's conversion rate, and on nothing else. Any firm that answers this with a fixed number of days before seeing your account is quoting a brochure. The free read gives you a range for your specific terms.

Do you guarantee position one?

No. A guarantee in this category is a signal, not a benefit. The only way to guarantee a position is to buy the outcome directly, which is the practice listed under what we will not sell you.

What do you need from us to start?

One ASIN, the marketplace, and the terms you believe you should own. For an audit, Seller Central read access. For a launch, stock cover for the campaign volume plus sixty days, and that part is not negotiable.

Do you run our advertising?

We set the top-of-search strategy inside a launch and advise on it under standing counsel. We do not operate ad accounts as a standalone service.

Do you work with competing brands?

No. One brand per category per marketplace. If your category is already taken we will say so at the read, before anything else happens.

How is this priced?

Per engagement, quoted after the free read against your category and terms. Media is billed at cost and itemised. There is no retainer for presence and no fee that continues after the work has ended.

Which marketplaces?

Amazon US first. Canada, the UK and Germany where the brand already sells there and the category permits. Ask at the read.

A free read on your terms.

Tell us the product and the terms you think it should own. You get back a written read: whether those terms can be won, roughly what each would cost to take and to hold, and whether the work is worth doing at all.

No call is needed. If the answer is that your category is locked, you will have learned it from a page rather than from a quarter of spend, and the read is yours either way.
